We have been managing fully furnished property lets in Englefield Green for thirty years. We specialise in housing for students from the Royal Holloway College, although some of our most loyal tenants are professional people.

Most of our new tenants are second year students but normally around half of those stay on with us for their third year. We also house postgraduates and staff from the college.

The properties are all in Englefield Green and fall within easy walking distance of the College and local amenities. Buses to Windsor, Staines, Heathrow Airport and beyond stop in the village. Egham town and railway station with trains to London are nearby.

We offer the best quality accommodation at a reasonable price. A very full inventory is provided which includes solid pine wood furniture, colour co-ordinated soft furnishings and decorations, and a full range of kitchenware and appliances. The properties are all subject to a continuous programme of refurbishment and improvement.

All properties are covered by a Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate. A local builder is employed to undertake all other maintenance matters as required. Our own manageress handles all day to day matters.

Although the peaceful enjoyment and privacy of our tenants is a prerequisite, as local people with a genuine interest in our tenants we are nevertheless normally available at short notice when needed.
